This is my first HTML page. I now know how to use the html, head, title, and body tags.

Now I want to put in some text
and have a line break or two
in the middle of it.

some centered text here

and some untagged text thrown in here.

Here we will examine some font color changing.Some green text. Red letter day. and blue.Back in the black again.



We can also use the font tag to change size of textsizes are from 1 to 7 Default is 3
Default font is Times New Roman You should keep your fonts limited to Times New Roman, Arial,Verdana, and courier as others may not have fancy fonts installed.
We can stack the fonts like this, and the browser will display the first in the list that is installed.

This is my Daddy Queen and his friend, Jim Davis, playing banjo around 1900. The picture was carried around by my great grandmother in her pocketbook, folded. I made the repairs using The Gimp in Linux.
